Through the Founding Voices Survey, we may collect:

- Survey responses — your answers about your role, organization type, music editing workflow, pricing expectations, frustrations, and preferences
- Technical data — anonymized analytics events such as page views, survey start, and survey completion
3. Purpose of Collection
We collect your information for the following purposes:
- To conduct market research and shape our service offerings, pricing, and launch timeline
- To enter you into the free music edit draw (if you opt in)
- To provide a launch discount or early-access notification (if you opt in)
- To contact you for a voluntary follow-up conversation (if you consent)
- To send a one-time confirmation email acknowledging your submission
4. Consent
We obtain your express, informed consent before collecting personal information through a clearly-worded consent checkbox on the survey. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the email below. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to include you in the draw or provide incentives.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to authorized personnel only. We use industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with the following service providers who assist us in operating our business:
- Supabase — database hosting and storage
- Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmation emails only)
- Vercel — website hosting
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
7. Retention
We retain survey responses and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you request deletion. Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
