1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the PodiumEdits Founding Voices Survey ("Survey") and your use of the PodiumEdits website. By accessing the Survey or submitting responses, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Survey

The Survey is conducted by PodiumEdits for the purpose of market research and product development. Your participation is entirely voluntary. There is no obligation or commitment associated with completing the Survey.

3. Eligibility

The Survey is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are involved in competitive performance music editing (e.g., dance studios, figure skating clubs, gymnastics or cheer organizations). One response per person.

4. Free Edit Draw & Launch Discount

If you choose to enter the free music edit draw and/or receive a launch discount:

  • You must provide a valid name and email address
  • One entry per person; duplicate entries will be disqualified
  • The draw winner will be selected at random and notified via email
  • The free edit is non-transferable and has no cash value
  • Launch discount details and availability will be communicated via email at PodiumEdits' discretion
  • PodiumEdits reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw at any time

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by PodiumEdits and protected by Canadian copyright law. Survey responses become the property of PodiumEdits for research purposes, though they will be used only in aggregate and anonymized form in any public reporting.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Survey and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PodiumEdits does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or that the website will be available without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodiumEdits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Survey or use of this website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the Survey after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
